This module aims to develop in learners a range of personal and interpersonal qualities necessary for work in a range of care environments.
The module is mandatory for the National Vocational Certificate Level 5 Community and Health Services - Community award.
It is recommended that this module be studied in conjunction with suitable work experience placements. Where possible placement time should be extended to cover more than one client group.
